Zesty Slow Cooker Chicken Barbeque

Joe and Judy gave us our first slow cooker for Christmas. Our first time using it resulted in pefectly tender and tasty chicken. It has the consistency of tender brisket.

We slow cooked this for 8 hours and then the cooker kept it on warm until we were ready to eat (about 2 hours after the 8 hours was over).

We used the leftovers for barbeque chicken pizza (store crust, extra bbq sauce, monterey jack cheese and cilantro).
