Jen's Spinach Salad
Dressing:
1/2 cup rice vinegar
1/8 cup soy sauce
1/4 tsp ground ginger
1 pressed garlic clove
2 tsp sugar
3/4 cup vegetable oil
2 Tbl sesame seed oil
Put all ingredients in a jar/mixer and shake well. This makes enough to coat 3 regular sized bags of baby spinach. After you mix the dressing and spinach, top with 1/4 cup toasted sesame seeds*.
* to toast sesame seeds, put them on a hot, dry skillet or griddle and shake for a few minutes.
